Drying time depends on several factors, including carpet type, humidity, and airflow. Typically, carpets are dry within 4–6 hours when proper ventilation is provided. We use high-powered air movers to speed up drying time when needed. You can walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning, but we recommend avoiding heavy traffic until completely dry.

We ask that you remove small items like floor lamps, plants, and fragile objects. Our team will move standard furniture (sofas, chairs, tables) as part of the service at no additional charge. We cannot move pianos, aquariums, or other extremely heavy or delicate items. If these need to be moved, please arrange for this before our arrival.
